Residence Move-In

Moving into Queen's residence from the GTA? We pick up your boxes and bags and deliver them to your Kingston room — on move-in day, or a few days later to keep move-in day less chaotic. Campus Move & Store was started by Baz, a Queen's student who noticed a problem during moving season — thousands of students coming from the GTA making the same stressful, expensive move with no real option for help.

The idea is simple: by sharing one truck across multiple students making the same trip, everyone pays a fraction of what a private move would cost. No corporate pricing, no hidden fees — just a reliable, affordable move run by students who get it.

We're based in Kingston and know the Queen's move-in process inside out. When you book with us, you're dealing directly with the people doing the work.

On top of this, when you book with us, you don't have to worry about doing the heavy lifting yourself, we handle it for you.

Our standard box is 23 × 15 × 15 inches — a good size for clothes, books, kitchen items, and most dorm room essentials. All orders that include boxes come with tape at no extra charge.
We fill one truck with multiple students belongings all moving from Toronto to Kingston on the same day. The fixed costs — truck, fuel, driver, labour — are split across everyone. You get a professional door-to-door move for a fraction of what a private truck would cost.
Residence moves are flat-rate — boxes and bags only, shared truck, booked online. Off-campus moves are for anyone moving into a house or apartment and may involve furniture and larger items. These are priced per job with a free quote, since every move is different. We try to schedule off campus moves at the same time to lower your bill.
We serve most GTA neighbourhoods — from Old Toronto to North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Markham, and more. Areas further from our main route may have a small surcharge. Enter your neighbourhood when booking and we'll confirm coverage via email.
Bikes, hockey bags, ski/snowboard bags, oversized luggage, storage bins, and similar items. Basically anything that won't fit under a residence bed. Pricing is per item per month and dependent on item size.
Many of our moves are handled directly by our founder, Baz, if he is not handling your belongings, another professional Queen's student will be.
We handle your belongings carefully and professionally. For high-value items we suggest you document their condition with photos before the move. Full terms are provided at booking. The bottom line is, we break it, we buy it
